Indeed, you can enjoy this villa on stilts of 70m2 located at the highest point of Cap-Ferret in the very quiet district of the Americans. This house is composed of a beautiful double bedroom with a 160cm bed with its adjoining bathroom, walk-in shower with view, a kitchen open to the living room overlooking the pool. Two small terraces accompany this property. This very special property will be perfect for a couple of pool lovers looking for calm in an idyllic environment with ease. The luxury being the incredible landscape that you will have the chance to see every day from sunrise to sunset. In the house you will have at your disposal: a Nespresso machine, a TV, a washing machine as well as a dishwasher, an electric plancha and WIFI. Pets are not permitted on the property. FOR RENTALS FROM JULY 29th until THE END OF AUGUST: you will have access to a beach hut with a very pretty terrace right by the water. The cabin consists of an open living room with kitchen, two bedrooms (one with a double bed and the other with two bunk beds) and a bathroom with walk-in shower and WC). Sunbathing and a barbecue will be at your disposal to enjoy the terrace. If you want photos do not hesitate to contact us. A cleaning supplement will be requested for the hut: 100€.
