This magnificent air-conditioned villa in the heart of the Vallons district with heated swimming pool and large sunny terrace facing south.
You will particularly appreciate the proximity to the famous village of l'Herbe.
THE VILLA
You will have at your disposal 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms.
You will find on the ground floor a large living room with fireplace open to the outside, a beautiful fully equipped kitchen, a double bedroom with its shower room, a second double bedroom and a bathroom).
Upstairs you will enjoy 2 double bedrooms (about 10m2 each), a children's bedroom with two single beds and a cot as well as 2 shower rooms.
Each room is equipped with wardrobe.

The living rooms are bright and comfortable, the living room and the dining room open onto the large terrace. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need, induction hob, oven, fridge, dishwasher, microwave, Nespresso, washing machine, dryer...
