Lovely house in a very quiet area in Piraillan. Close to the market, 1 min walk, (open from July to August). You will appreciate this pretty house of 80 m2 on a pretty exterior with a terrace of 100 m2. This single storey house has 3 bedrooms: A beautiful double bedroom, a bedroom with two single beds and a bedroom with a bunk bed and a single bed. You will appreciate the 2 bathrooms (one with walk-in shower and one with bathtub) as well as the 2 separate toilets. Perfect for 7 people, you can enjoy beautiful family moments there. The villa is ideally located, 5 minutes walk from the beaches of the basin, 15 minutes by bike from the ocean and access to the cycle path leading to Cap-Ferret is only 5 minutes away. Coffee maker available: Nespresso + classic coffee maker HOUSEHOLD LINEN NOT PROVIDED: house linen is optional (sheets+towels) if you wish to rent some from us please let us know 25€/person. Size of the beds: a 160 bed, 5 90 beds. We have the possibility of renting you bicycles for a minimum of one week. Passenger access The entrance is private, as is the garden. The Conciergerie du Cap will be at your disposal throughout your stay.
