You will appreciate this pretty family house entirely in wood for its exceptional location, at the bottom of the Lagoon with a magnificent view in the wild district of 44H. This villa combines a wooden villa with the authenticity of a family home with antique decoration. The garden surrounding the house is very wild, nothing hinders nature in the incredible setting of the Lagune du Mimbeau. The villa is on the front line in a very preserved place, almost out of time. You will have a living room opening onto the outdoor terrace with a small adjoining kitchen. Regarding the beds you will have at your disposal 5 bedrooms. Two pretty bedrooms in the house, one with a double bed and a view of the pond, the other being a children's bedroom with 2 single beds. The other bedrooms have independent access from the house, there are two bedrooms with double beds and one bedroom with twin beds. The simplicity of the materials of the materials has been preserved from the original construction dating from 1945: raw wooden floor, old paneling, old tiles from Gironde... Luxury is in the location, the view and above all the authenticity of the shack ! You will have a small bathroom with shower and sink in the house as well as a toilet.
