THE HOUSE

The cabin-style villa has three bedrooms (2 double bedrooms and 1 with two single beds that can be pushed together), a shower room and a bathroom.

A very cozy living room with fireplace opening onto a spacious and sunny terrace. The kitchen is open to the living room. You will undoubtedly spend a very pleasant holiday in this house.

You can park on the street for free without any problem.

ACCESS

The village of l'Herbe is very popular because it is the most typical oyster village on the peninsula. The villa is in a very quiet and family housing estate.

Access to cycle paths leading to Cap-Ferret is nearby, you can get there quickly by bike. The ocean beaches also have easy access via forest cycle paths.

Grass beach: 9 min on foot
Ocean: 1 km accessible by firewall on foot or by bike via cycle path
Pool: 400m
