You will appreciate this pretty family house entirely in wood for its exceptional location, at the bottom of the Lagoon with a magnificent view in the wild district of 44H. This house combines wood with the authenticity of a family home with mottled decoration. The environment surrounding the house is very wild, nothing hinders nature in the incredible setting of the Lagune du Mimbeau. You will have a living room with open kitchen opening onto the dining room and then onto the outdoor terrace overlooking the view of the Mimbeau. Concerning the beds you will have at your disposal 3 bedrooms, on the ground floor you will find two small bedrooms, one with two single beds and the other with a double bed accompanied by a shower room. Upstairs you can enjoy the living rooms as well as the master bedroom with an adjoining bathroom. The luxury is in the location, the view and above all the authenticity of the cabin! The terrace will be the ideal place to enjoy the view and family meals, a gas plancha will allow you to have a good time. At the back of the house you will have access to another small terrace.
