This 70m2 house is composed of: - 1 garden of approximately 130m2 in which you can park a car - a covered terrace with table, chairs, sunbeds and gas barbecue - a dining room kitchen with fireplace (not usable), TV, fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, gas hob, filter coffee maker - dryer and washing machine, iron and ironing board - a 14m2 bedroom with a 140 cm bed and a large closet - a bedroom opening onto the living room with 2 bunk beds and cupboard - a bathroom with Italian shower, WC and 1 basin. This bathroom is accessible to the disabled - 1 separate WC - 1 bedroom upstairs accessible from the outside, with 1 140 cm bed and cupboard, a WC and a washbasin. -WIFI End of stay cleaning is included in the price. However, bed linen and towels are not included in the price.
