THE HOUSE
The house consists of 3 bedrooms, a nice living-dining room, a simple kitchen and a bathroom.
On the night side you will have a bedroom with a 160 bed on the ground floor. Upstairs, two bedrooms will be at your disposal, both with a bathroom (mirror and washbasin). In one of them you will have a bed in 140 as well as a bed for a place in 90cm. The other bedroom has a 140 double bed and a bunk bed with two single beds.
This villa is perfect for a family stay, ideal for 6-8 people.
The terrace will allow you to enjoy the outdoors and a barbecue is at your disposal.
ACCESS
The incredible location of this house will allow you to be fully on vacation. You will be 2min walk from the Cap-Ferret market and its shops and restaurants. The nearest basin beach is a 3-minute walk away and the ocean, a short 10-minute walk will take you to Horizon beach.
Ideal to fully enjoy without using the car. You can come directly from the Bélisaire pier on foot via Arcachon station.
