Magnificent American family home - Cap-Ferret Jacuzzi in season. 6 Persons, 3 Bedrooms, 2 bathrooms Very pretty cabin, in a condominium of 12 properties (Les Cabanes du Boque) a few steps from the famous American beach. The villa is fully equipped for 6 people, it has 2 double bedrooms opening onto a small terrace and a bedroom with 2 single beds, a bathroom with shower and a bathroom with bathtub. The terrace will allow you to spend pleasant moments with your family with a barbecue and a jacuzzi. The Jacuzzi operates from May to September depending on the weather. Please ask for the start of the Jacuzzi when booking. In low season, to be able to take advantage of the jacuzzi, you will have to pay a supplement of 100€/stay (except June to September). The WIFI is shared with the whole condominium so we prefer to consider that there is no WIFI because it works really badly. LINEN NOT PROVIDED: linen (sheets + towels) is optional (to reduce the rental price) do not hesitate to specify if you wish to rent it from us. Size of the beds: 2 beds in 140, 2 beds in 90. The cycle path will allow you to go to the market of Cap-Ferret in less than 5 min. The same applies to the Bélisaire jetty and the Horizon beach.
