Not far from the famous dune of Pilat, we are a few minutes walk or bike ride to the beach and the ocean : the view on the Arcachon basin, from the comfort of the wooden deck, is breathtaking ! An exposition to the west is ideal for enjoying the sunset, the éteincelante Silver Coast and to the swimming pool 8x4m. The house is divided on three levels, with the ground floor key living room : the large bright living room with bay window and fireplace, the kitchen and its dining table. A second living room with kitchenette is located in ground garden, as well as a pool table, directly overlooking the garden. For even more comfort, the four rooms are all equipped with a private en-suite bathroom. The house boasts a modern and elegant style, quite in the spirit of the beautiful villas arcachonaises. The linens, towels, and bath sheets are provided. The beds are prepared just before your arrival. A weekly cleaning is included in rental, as well as the cleaning complete departure. We will also reserve a few touches of welcome : you will find toiletries in the bathrooms, and a small basket gourmet in the kitchen. Optional services are available on request at the booking.
The villa is located in the pleasant resort of Pyla-sur-Mer, in a quiet area. It is a 15-minute bike ride from the village of Le Moulleau where you can find a nice variety of shops of artisans in The neighbourhood, planted with maritime pine trees typical of the Landes, is composed of nice houses, with all the necessities to 300m : bakery, shops, supermarket... The sea front and the beaches are not far away. At the mouth of the Arcachon basin, the swimming is accessible to the whole family. A few miles to the interior of the country is the Lake of Cazaux, where you can swim in the warm water and transparent, and observe the surrounding nature. Nautical activities, sailing school, boating, the ocean is omnipresent during the holidays. A 10-minute drive of the villa, the impressive dune du Pilat remains the great attraction of the area. Always 10 minutes, Arcachon is unavoidable : casino, golf, restaurants, cafes, the resort is lively in season. Among the excursions not to be missed, the charms of Cap Ferret, with its great beaches ocean and its shacks oysters, walks in the Landes forest of Gascogne, and of course Bordeaux, 1 hour drive approximately.
