The Pyla-sur-Mer is a charming small seaside resort at the entrance of the Arcachon Basin, facing the banc d'arguin, and a few minutes from the famous dune du Pilat. Its beautiful beaches are popular with locals as tourists.
In the second line of the sea front, this house in the typical style arcachonnais enjoys a direct access to the sea : a staircase on the side of the house leads to a blanket of 50 m2 facing the beach, secured by a gate. Go down the small staircase and you are on the sand. What a joy to have lunch or dinner in this shaded space, with a kitchenette ! Their meals swallowed, the more young people can come and make sand pies under the supervision of their parents !
Another space that is very nice is the terrace in front of the house, converted into a lounge outside and protected from prying eyes.
With equipment and furniture designers, the villa offers a modern lifestyle and user-friendly. On the ground floor, the living room offers an open space where we find the living room, the dining room and the kitchen. Each room has its own shower room or bathroom.

One can easily park in front of the house.
The linens, towels, and bath sheets are provided. The beds are prepared just before your arrival. (stays of over a week), We will also reserve a few touches of welcome : you will find toiletries in the bathrooms, and a small basket gourmet in the kitchen. Optional services are available on request at the booking.
Area
The villa is located a 10-minute walk from Pyla-sur-Mer. There you will find many shops. Arcachon is 5 km away. The large and beautiful beaches of Pyla stretch all the way to the entrance of the Bassin d'arcachon, the ocean is not very far away. One can see the dune du Pilat, the banc d'arguin and the pointe du Cap-Ferret.
Climbing the Dune du Pyla, the highest in Europe with its 100 to 115 meters high, is an absolute must and a source of joy is always renewed to the children. Many activities await you in the surrounding area, more quiet (hiking, swimming, cycling, golf) to the more adventurous (paragliding, snow sports, ULM, etc...).
