Magnificent house at the foot of the lighthouse. Ideal for 10 people. Right in the center of Cap-Ferret you will appreciate the proximity of shops and beaches, all in a quiet area. The villa is on a plot of 1200m2 for an area of 200m2. You will find a large master suite (180 bed), 2 double bedrooms (160 and 140 bed) with a bathroom upstairs. On the ground floor (not communicating) you will find a double bedroom (bed 140) and a bedroom with two twin beds as well as a bathroom. You will have at your disposal the living room and the dining room overlooking the beautiful sunny terrace and a landscaped enclosed garden. In winter, you can take advantage of the wood-burning insert which will heat the house naturally. You will be able to park your car within the grounds of the property. The villa is fully equipped, you will find in the kitchen: Nespresso coffee maker, Sodastream, oven, dishwasher, washing machine, induction hob... Household linen is optional: 25€/person. If you wish, we can provide you with additional bicycles subject to availability.
