At the heart of the countryside, in a quiet and residential area, parcel, lovely house of approximately 42 m2 with a bedroom and a garden.
Entered on separate kitchen equipped (dishwasher, gas hob 3 burners, extractor hood, microwave oven, small fridge...) exposed to the South and East – Living room with 1 BZ 140, TV, etc. - room : bathroom (hip bath) with TOILET – South-facing Room with 1 bed 160.
Terrace with furniture, garden... Washing machine and dryer in a cellar adjoining (common). A few steps up then down to access the house.
All charming, nicely decorated, and very well located : the Beaches at feet at 300 m, supermarket / press / tobacco 200 mr white, linen is not provided. Pets are not allowed.
Possibility of cleaning at end of stay (from 48 € to 250 € depending on the accommodation) and rental of linen (sheets, towels...) via our partner LocLinge.
