ARCACHON CENTER - 400 M FROM THE BEACH On the 1st floor of a luxury residence with elevator, quiet, spacious T3 of about 70 m2 with balcony and box parking. Entrance / Hallway entrance with cupboard & closet serving separate WC – bathroom with washing-machine and window – master Bedroom exposed with 1 bed in 140, closet & closet – 2nd room facing East with 2 beds of 80, closet & closet – Great room exposed Is composed of a Living / dining room with 1 sofa bed in 140, TV, armchairs, dining area and open kitchen equipped (dishwasher, micro-wave oven, extractor hood, 4 hobs., fridge with freezer compartment...) overlooking a balcony in a quiet area of about 9 m2 with furniture and store banne. Individual stall is closed by a door (opening by remote control) to park a vehicle. Bright apartment, well-located, very well equipped and very well maintained. Bicycle storage in the residence. No pets. The white linen is not provided. Possibility of cleaning at end of stay (from 48 € to 250 € depending on the accommodation) and rental of linen (sheets, towels...) via our partner LocLinge.
