Entry with cupboard / closet serving separate WC – A bathroom – A room facing East with 2 beds 80 close, closet / wardrobe, TV, balcony access – A room lecture with a sofa bed (sleeps 2), TV, access to balcony – fully equipped Kitchen (fridge with small freezer compartment, microwave, oven, 4 fires induction, hood, washing machine...) – Nice balcony Is complete with furniture, with a breakaway on the Arcachon basin and equipped with a store "vertical," protecting it from the sun and privacy. A parking space in the basement. Internet and WI-fi. Very nice apartment, bright and very well equipped. Contemporary decor, quality bedding. Easy maintenance (flooring and tile). No pets. The white linen is not provided. Possibility of cleaning at end of stay (from 48 € to 250 € depending on the accommodation) and rental of linen (sheets, towels...) via our partner LocLinge.
